Sacred Beauty of Angkor Wat

Description
Angkor Wat was built in the 12th century as a representation of Mount Meru — the cosmic mountain at the center of Hindu and Buddhist cosmology — expressed in sandstone and surrounded by a vast moat representing the primordial ocean. Walking through its galleries is not tourism. It is entering a map of the universe.
This retreat is built around the idea that Angkor's temples are best received slowly, with a clear mind and a rested body. Mornings at sunrise. Long pauses in galleries. Sacred mountain hikes. Evenings of yoga, stillness, and reflection at one of Cambodia's finest wellness resorts.
TUI Blue Angkor Grace is a 5-star wellness resort in Siem Reap designed specifically for the conscious traveler. Its 33-meter bio-pool (chemical-free, naturally filtered) is the heart of the resort's outdoor life. The Mahalaya Wellness Spa offers Khmer-inspired treatments. The Aum Yoga Center features multiple indoor and outdoor shalas for morning and evening practice. The Meru Fitness Center, dedicated sound healing space, and beautifully landscaped gardens complete the picture.
The resort's architecture, programming, and food philosophy all reflect a commitment to authentic wellness rather than surface luxury — rare in a five-star property and exactly right for this kind of retreat.
The curated excursion program is the heart of this retreat. The Full Day Sunrise & Sunset Angkor Temple Tour opens with the iconic sunrise at Angkor Wat followed by Bayon and Ta Prohm — three entirely different encounters with Khmer genius. The Day Temple Hike takes you to less-visited monuments including Phnom Bok hilltop and the red-brick Preah Rup.
The Floating Village Tour of Kampong Phluk on Tonlé Sap Lake offers perspective on how the land and the water shape daily Cambodian life. The Overnight Kulen Mountain Tour is the spiritual high point: the River of 1,000 Lingas, the sacred waterfall, and an overnight homestay on the mountain that is considered the birthplace of the Khmer Empire.

Details and booking available separately upon request.
What is the physical level required for this retreat?
